MINOR PIERCING REQUIREMENTS: The state of Arkansas allows earlobes to be pierced at any age. For any piercings other than earlobes you must be at least 16 years of age. Parent attendance and consent is required with the Birth Certificate matching parent and child and both state issued IDs in hand. We do not do any "private" piercings on minors(nipples, etc.).
